HAPPINESS
Happiness means different things to different people.Happiness is scientifically defined as a combination of how satisfied you are with your life and how good you feel on a daily basis.
50 percent of your happiness is determined genetically. 40 percent of your happiness is controlled by your thoughts, actions and behaviours. Only 10 percent of your happiness is determined by what happen to you and your circumstances(No matter what is happening,you can choose to be happy now).
Happiness is a skill with constant practice. Happy people have better immunity against diseases. Happy people have lower rate of heart related diseases.Happy people heal faster after injuries. Happy people do better at their job and their studies. Happy people have better relationships with others. Happy people give more and get more. Happy people help others more. Happy people are better problem solvers.
You can be happier if you:Nurture relationships. Have new experiences,are grateful for what you have, share your experiences with other people,enjoy every moment of life.
Pay attention to little details of your experiences.forgive other people. At a point in time,Denmark was the happiest country in the world. So remember,you can choose to be happy right now. Start by thinking beautiful thoughts and doing good deeds. Do something to make someone happy. Send a thank you note to someone and spend time with your friends. Be Happily
